April 21 To May 27, 1781 Military records, Amaziah Vardeman (son of John II & Elizabeth Vardeman), served in the American Revolution from Lincoln County, Virginia, and from Kentucky County, Virginia, where he was a Private in Captain John Martin’s Company ordered from Lincoln County under the command of Col. Stephen Trigg. 1781.

March 15 To April 15, 1782 Military records, Amaziah Vardiman, served in the American Revolution from Lincoln County, Virginia, and from Kentucky County, Virginia, where he was a Private in Captain Robert Barnet’s Company of Militias drawn into actual service to the Falls of the Ohio, (Louisville, KY) under the command of Col. John Logan.

Benjamin Logan. 1782.
