    2 Nov 2019 - "Giles Jr. joined the military in WWII even though he was blind in one eye and could have had a deferment as a farmer. Uncle Giles Jr. went by "Junior." Junior told me the prisoners of war from Mussolini's army didn't want to be released because they got better treatment from the Americans than they did with Mussolini's army."
