Granted, most of the book gives the background of the project, but enough was known about her that she was one of few given her own chapter. 7/30/23 - I am finishing reading the book. It was interesting to learn about Audry's skill in fine embroidery and follow the path her ship took to America. She died very young at about age 25 when her child, Mary Harris, was an infant. The book does not paint a flattering portrayal of her husband Captain Thomas Harris.
